In my opinion she has one of the best female voices of all time! I fell in love with her voice ever since I saw the first commercial for Hannah Montana and I heard her sing. Her voice is just so incredible and she's unbelievably talented. For me the top 10 best female voices are:

Miley definitely has the best female voice of all time. Her voice is just... so beautiful and she always touches my heart with her amazing voice. I also think she's put a lot of feelings in most of her new songs (ex. Drive, Adore You, Wrecking Ball, etc)

For me,yes....none can have better voice than her...she's the best..she can sing every type of songs while others can't

She's amazing, but Beyonce and Jessie J have the most amazing voices ever!
