Look she just changed her clothes but she didn't changed her personality because when she's talking you can still see the old Miley. Clothes do not make a man, you know.

She grew up. She's not creepy and wierd. Miley's her own unique, individual person and she has an expressive personality that definitely shows. For someone who's almost 18 years old, why would she act like she's 14 and like Hannah Montana? She's closing that chapter of her life and doing something different.
