It is Michelle’s third birthday, and the guys have decided to throw a circus-themed birthday party for Michelle, complete with clowns and other things seen in circuses. Before the party, Danny complains about a problem with his car, and Jesse agrees to fix it.

Jesse is unable to fix it, so he takes Stephanie and Michelle out to a gas station with him to have it fixed. After the car is fixed, Jesse and the girls decide to visit the restroom before they leave, and during that time, Elmer, the mechanic, locks the station up without knowing that they are still inside.

It was a bright new day at the Tanner house in San Francisco. Everyone was happy and had something to be happy about. Joey was off at the Laugh Machine doing his comedy routine, while Jesse was performing at the Smash Club. And it was Danny’s day off, as Becky was going over next week of Wake Up, San Francisco — the talk show that she and Danny hosted.

There is a good reason why I like the “Don’t rock the boat” scene with Michelle in the Season 8 episode Breaking Away. From my perspective, that line really said it all for me, and is really very inspiring too. Michelle was quite wise in telling Stephanie how good they had it: “nice house, good food, a buck a week.” :)
