Jada now
Jada now
Jaycee's P.O.V.

I grunt while dragging my drunken sister Jada out of the bar. My hand is shoved in my skirt pocket, shuffling around for the keys to my Ford Cantina. Times like this is when I wish that Jada was never my sister. She's an underage drinker and my mom has done nothing to stop it. It's not like she would anyway; she's always with her ' boyfriend ' James.

When I opened the car door, I slid Jada in the backseat, when she starts to mumble under her breath. As I come closer, her breath hits me in the face 5 seconds before her face was close to mine.

My nose crinkles up in disgust before backing away. " My god, Jada, mouthwash please!" She frowns with protest. " What? It's not like I'm far from the drinking age! It's 4,278 and I'm 17. That's what; three numbers apart?"

I roll my eyes. " You do some crazy things, you know that?" Jada laughs sarcastically. " Me? Do crazy things? Ha, you should see yourself. You had a relationship with Michael Jackson, now that was crazy."

A rush of sadness runs through my body. I haven't seen Michael since 1974 when I moved from LA to Manhattan. Ever since we met, I was the bait for the media for two years. Questions like " Is it true that you were involved with Michael?" " Are you a prostitute trying to get money?" and " Are you Michael's girlfriend?" were questions that lingered around a lot. I wonder how he's doing...

The proud daddy!
The proud daddy!
It is now May 1987. Four months have passed, and Holly is now one week away from her due date. Michael and Holly celebrated their first anniversary in February, and both have been recording new material for a new album. So far everything has been going wonderful for them. Although there have been some family drama with Jermaine and Hazel, and Latoya but what else is new.

One night Michael is sound asleep when suddenly he feels Holly kick off the covers and she starts tossing and turning. He rolls over and looks at her "Honey what's wrong?" She takes a deep sigh and touches her stomach "Oh...

The first time I met Michael Jackson was backstage at The Forum in Los Angeles in early July 1980. He was at the QUEEN show that evening and came to see the band afterwards. He spent time with John Deacon and they talked about ‘Another One Bites the Dust’ which Michael says must be a single. He also spent time with Freddie. He was 22 years old and was like an excited teenager. He had really enjoyed the show and was still ‘up’ from it.

The next time was a couple of years later when Freddie had been invited to Michael’s house in Encino, just north of Hollywood. We arrived at the house,...

"Scream" is primarily a song directed at the tabloid press. As far back as the late 1980s, Jackson and the press had a difficult relationship. Janet Jackson wanted to be involved with the project as a show of sibling support. It was the first time they had worked together since 1982, when Janet provided backing vocals on "P.Y.T. (Pretty Young Thing)". Janet said that it was "very fun" working with her brother again and that seeing her brother's work was "interesting". "Scream" was written, composed and produced by the Jackson siblings, with Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis. It was the first time Michael...

Michael Jackson first revealed Will You Be There to the world when it featured as the eleventh song on his 1991 album release 'Dangerous'. Penned solely by Michael at the height of his career, this initial 7 minutes and 40 seconds version of the song became an instant favourite of fans the world over.

The first time I heard Will You Be There, I was captivated by the intensity of emotion conveyed by Michael in both his voice and lyrics. I can still remember sitting at eight years old, engrossed in writing out the lyrics over and over again in an attempt to decipher Michael's true intent behind...
