Michael and were actually having a conversation on the subjects of meditation and yoga, which helped him maintain his slender physique all those years. "Maybe I might get the chance to share some of my meditation techniques with you before we got to Paris with the next two weeks", Michael replied. For the reason when Michael first met Maris at Quantrell's party, he could see how nervous and tense she was and very much afraid to let herself get to know him, but all that was going to change. Michael having Maris do certain things such as doing his makeup and rubbing lotion on his back was a his using his techniques on Maris in order for her to relax; in addition, to releasing some of the tension that's been building up in her following her break-up with Vinnie.
