Michael was scared beyond belief as he made eye contact with the ghost of a union civil war solider. The ghost was looking dead at him, Everything around michael felt ice cold, as if the spirit was drawing out all the warmth in the room. Michael pressed himself up against the bed borad. Michael opened and closed his eyesover and over again hoping what he was seeing was just a dream and that he was going to wake up soon. But no matter how many times he opened and closed his eyes, the ghost was still standing there, staring and unmoving. Michael was left with no choice but to stare at the ghost.Hoping to maybe find the answer to why the ghost was there michael decided to try and ask it something. "Why...why are you here?.....What do you want?" michael asked. The ghost said nothing, all it did was turned its head and pointed toward the doorway and disappeared, leaving michael stunned and terriffied. It left michael so terriffed that he wasnt able to go back to sleep.
The next morning, michael decided to head to the library and try and find out who this solider was. As michael sat at a table flipping through old cesues a librarian apporached him. As TMZ first reported, Jackson's declaration following the Arizona spa ordeal -- which came as part of her bid to obtain co-guardianship over Prince, Paris, and Blanket -- seemed to suggest she was tricked into going and had no idea MJ's kids were worried about her. As part of the declaration, Jackson said, "At the time, I trusted the people I was with to be honest with me."
But Katherine's attorney, Perry Sanders, tells TMZ she has "absolutely" no plans to press charges over the incident, telling us, "This chapter of chaos is closed and we are supportive of family unity in spite of recent events and arguably poor decisions."
