Angelica Marisa Jackson was exactly like her beloved father Michael. She was humble. She was shy. She was sweet and cared for others. But most of all, she hated being in the public eye.
And not only did Angelica Jackson act like her father, she also looked exactly like him, especially in his gorgeous bad and dangerous eras. She had beautiful black curls that fell all the way to her back, and framed the front of her face which illuminated her large, marvelous eyes. She was as thin as a broom, but as tall as a skyscraper. She was a lovely teenager.
Unfortunately, Angelica also suffered from the terrible skin disease her father was stricken with in his adulthood: Vitiligo. This left her skin with blotches, which she usually covered up with medication or cream. But it was still very hard for her to hide it.
Either way Angelica was misunderstood, much like her father
*Hayvenhurst*
Angelica sat in her orange plush chair and pondered. She pondered about herself.
It wasn’t the first time this had happened. Every time she sat in that chair she wondered about her life, her future. She had a family full of talent. They could sing, dance, just about everything you can imagine. Meanwhile, she ended up being born talentless. The poor delicate soul couldn’t dance nor could she sing. Plus, she was shy as anything, shyer than her father. She hated being on camera, having everyone watching her, she cringed at the thought. Showbiz was not her forte. She was happy with herself nonetheless.
What really hurt her was the cruelty of some of her family members. Her cousins would always tell her how much of a coward she was. Tease her about how she couldn’t dance. How she could continue the family legacy, but chose not to. Sadly, it wasn’t her choice. It was what God had wanted for her. And God didn’t want her to dance.
Somehow she always found a way to cope with the rudeness. Her cousins and siblings enjoyed filming movies. Most of the time, while they were downstairs filming, Angelica would stay upstairs and write in her diary, sitting in her orange chair, looking out the window. Cameras made her nervous, and she would never set foot inside the filming room, to be yelled at by the people she called her family. Ever since her cousins found out about her “showbiz complex” as they called it, they have taken a funny attitude towards her. And ever since they moved to Hayvenhurst, so have her siblings.
So she usually stayed upstairs alone. Sometimes, she felt like an outcast from her own family. Most of the time she’d call her dad at night while he was touring, and have long conversations with him. Sometimes her grandmother, her sweet, sweet grandmother would talk to her, and sometimes Aunt Janet. When Blanket wasn’t downstairs, he’d come up and hangout with her. But that was it. Everyone else was too preoccupied….
Sometimes she’d sit in a corner and cry, thinking how she wasn’t good enough. But then she would stop, get up, snap out of it all. She would remind herself of her relationship with God, and how much her father loved her. Then she’d sit back down in her chair and wonder, ponder about, life.
And only the series of upcoming events at Hayvenhurst will unveil the truth about her future and shortening tolerance for her family.

Once Discovery Channel announced that they would broadcast a reenactment of Michael Jackson's autopsy, his fans and his estate were quick to offer their dissenting opinions.
But did it work?

MORE: Michael Jackson's estate slams "debased, sick" autopsy reenactment

Apparently so!

Co-executors of the MJ estate, John Branca and John McClain, released a statement about Discovery's decision NOT to air their special, Michael Jackson's Autopsy: What Really Killed Michael Jackson, this month in Europe.

"The co-executors of the Estate of Michael Jackson are pleased that Discovery Channel made the correct...

The co-executors of Michael Jackson's estate think Discovery Channel did the right thing when they yanked a documentary from their UK schedule that was to feature a reenactment of MJ's autopsy.

A rep for John Branca and John McClain tells TMZ, "The co-executors of the Estate of Michael Jackson are pleased that Discovery Channel made the correct decision in choosing to cancel this exploitative program."

The co-executors went on to say they feel Michael's fans played a large role in Discovery's decision, saying, "While Discovery cited legal proceedings and our request as the reasons for its decision, none of this would have happened had it not been for the incredible passion displayed by countless Michael Jackson fans worldwide who knew they stood as one and that their voices could not be ignored."

As for any future plans to air the show, Branca and McClain said, "We are hopeful that this show will never run in any market in the future."
TMZ has learned ... Michael Jackson's weakened state during various concert tours throughout his life -- as well as preparations for the London concerts that never took place -- could become powerful evidence in the defense of Dr. Conrad Murray.

Sources connected with the criminal case tell TMZ ... there's "compelling evidence" that MJ was in weakened health whenever he went on tour. Specifically, people who went on various tours -- including the "Bad" and "Dangerous" concerts -- say Jackson was frequently "dehydrated, medicated, and sleep-deprived."

Just like with Dr. Murray, Jackson had a...

I come here today to speak to you about an extrodinary man.
A man whose talents have spanned several decades, and whose vision changed the way we listened to music, danced, and the way we saw the world around us.
This one man sang and danced his way into the hearts of millions and taught us that one great idea can heal the world.
I am talking of course about the late, the great,Michael Jackson.
He was a star at five yeas old and he lived a very tortured life because of his position.
And of course there was is music.
A life time of 1# hits that each delivered a message.
Messages like "We are the world"...

Show some respect by him. Let's say NO.
Discovery Channel will broadcast 13 January 2011 a documentary on events surrounding the death of the singer, Michael Jackson.

Based on the authopsy’s report and court documents, the film will show a reproduction of the body of the star in every detail. The documentary aims to follow a doctor who will dissect the body and reveal the true reasons for his death by spreading rumors about his addiction or his skin condition.

Like any other human being on this earth, Michael Jackson is entitled to a minimum of decency and respect. Over the months, media accumulate abuse and act as low as before....

The Michael Jackson estate has laid down the gauntlet by demanding that Katherine Jackson's business partner immediately stop exploiting MJ's image -- or else!!!

Howard Mann -- the guy who had been partnering with Katherine on numerous MJ ventures including her book "Never Can Say Goodbye" -- is now the target of a cease and desist letter ... obtained by TMZ.

The executors -- who until now have tolerated Mann's business ventures with Katherine -- have been pushed over the line and are demanding that Mann stop using MJ's image on banners to promote tonight's "Unveiling of the Jackson Secret...

You can get a pair of new gloves for like $20 -- or you could purchase one glove, once worn for Michael Jackson for six figures.

Julien's Auctions had their "Icons & Idols" auction Saturday night and a single glove worn by MJ during the "Bad" tour in the late 1980s went for a whopping $330,000. A fedora he wore on stage went for $72,000.

Other highlights included an x-ray of Albert Einstein's brain, which went for $38,750, and a pair of Marilyn Monroe's empty prescription bottles, which sold for $18,750.
The good people of Canada never had a chance to view the Michael Jackson documentary, "Gone Too Soon" -- and now the owners of the flick are declaring war on the distributor ... claiming he personally screwed the entire country.

TMZ obtained a lawsuit filed by Objective Films, LLC -- in which they claim they agreed to sell the French and Canadian distribution rights to a company headed by a guy named Pierre Turgeon for $100k back in 2009.

Objective says they got the first $50k -- but Turgeon flaked on the back half ... and then tried to back out of the deal altogether. Objective was able to get the flick distributed in France ... Canada wasn't so lucky.

Magical Child

Once there was a child and he was free
Deep inside, he felt the laughter
The mirth and play of nature’s glee
Beauty, love was all he’d see

He knew his power was the power of God
He was so sure, they considered him odd
This power of innocence, of compassion, of light
Threatened the priests and created a fight
In endless ways they sought to dismantle
This mysteroius force which they could not handle

In endless ways they tried to destroy
His simple trust, his boundless joy
His invincible armor was a shield of bliss
Nothing could touch it, no venom, no hiss

The child remained in a state of grace...

Not that we're trying to flatter ourselves, but don't people in Bahrain get TMZ?

AQ Business Consultants has filed a petition in the Michael Jackson Estate case, asking the judge for permission to belatedly file a creditor's claim, on grounds it didn't know there was a time limit in asking for money.

AQ claims it helped Michael refinance $320,000,000 in loans, for which it was entitled to a $3.2 million fee. AQ claims it's still owed $1.2 mil.

The deadline for filing a claim has passed, but AQ claims it didn't get proper notice.

Howard Weitzman, the lawyer for the Estate, tells TMZ, "I don't believe the claim has any merit but they're late in filing regardless."

But here's the thing ... TMZ is big in Bahrain, so what's the deal?
The first U. S. shipment of Michael Jackson's posthumous album, "Michael," will be 900,000 according to retail sources. Sony is projecting first-week CD sales of 340,000 and digital album sales of 60,000. Those numbers are similar to debut-week sales of Jackson's album "This Is It," though that album had the marketing strength of a major motion picuture behind it.

Second week projections for "Michael," are set at 280,000 units, while digital sales are expected to slip from its debut week percentage of 15% to 8%. However, both of those percentages are better than the digital sales garnered by...

Katherine Jackson has been bitterly complaining the Michael Jackson Estate is not giving her enough money, and now we know what she's done to supplement her income in a big way.

TMZ has obtained a contract Katherine signed with Vintage Pop Media (VPM), the company that owns tens of thousands of photos, videos and other MJ items. Under the deal -- which is not sanctioned by the MJ Estate -- Katherine agreed to participate in the production of "The Katherine Jackson Story," some sort of MJ documentary set to music. Katherine also agreed to pen the book that was just...

Michael Jackson has come top of the annual Forbes magazine list of top-earning dead celebrities.

The King of Pop earned $275m (£173m) in the last year, according to Forbes - more than any other celebrity, dead or alive, except Oprah Winfrey.

"Jackson's spot atop our top earning dead celebrities list should come as no surprise given the renewed interest," Forbes writer Lacey Rose said.

Elvis Presley came second, making $60m (£38m), followed by JRR Tolkien.

The estate of the Lord of the Rings author generated $50m (£32m), Forbes said. Peanuts illustrator Charles Schulz raked in $33m (£21m), while...

t appears Katherine Jackson is going to do what Oksana Grigorieva couldn't ... appear on "The Oprah Winfrey Show."

Production trucks have arrived at the Jackson family compound in Encino along with two black SUVs. Members of the production crew told TMZ they are there for "an Oprah shoot."

A security guard told TMZ Oprah will not be showing up ... so this could be filming for an introductory segment of the show.

No word on what the interview might be about ... but we're guessing the words Michael and Jackson will be used often.

UPDATE 5:10 PM PT -- No one has left yet, but there has been a visitor ... the Domino's Pizza delivery guy!

UPDATE 6:23 PM PT -- The production trucks are getting a parking ticket. Put it on Oprah's tab.

UPDATE 6:39 PM PT -- The two SUVs have taken off and the production crew has begun to load equipment. Looks like it's a wrap.

DUBLIN, Ireland — It’s half past four in the morning and I’m making my way to Dublin with Ray.

I have spent a fair amount of time in the back of Ray’s car in the last 34 hours. He is the driver, henchman for the fellow who owns the recording studio in the middle of no man’s land, Ireland. Not only is it a quaint studio built inside the grounds of an old stone classic Irish estate... it’s the new creative home of Michael Jackson.

And yes, I just conducted the first visit with Michael Jackson since he left the United States in June 2005. First off, let me tell you what this visit...
