Michael really couldn't sleep, he went to get a shower and he changed his clothes. By 5:00 a.m. he was walking to the park. He knew Ashley wasn't going to be there cause he took her home last night and she was fast asleep. He then thought about his brother Jermaine. "How dare Jermaine fall for my girl like that" Michael said to himself. He had been lost in his thoughts for over an hour until he decided to go back home.

Meanwhile, Ashley had just awaken at 7:00 a.m. in the morning. She knew it was going to be a sad day because today was her father's funeral. Before heading downstairs, she turned on the TV in her room and watched the news on Michael's tour. "We are here today in the studio where Michael Jackson would've performed his concert" the anchorwoman said. "Would have?" Ashley said puzzled. "We have news that Michael Jackson has canceled his concert for a very important appointment at about 10:00 a.m." the anchorwoman reported. "10:00 a.m. is the time of my Dad's burial. Guess he really can't come" Ashley said with disappointment. Just then, Ashley's mother came rushing in Ashley's room. "Oh you're awake dear" Ashley's mother said. "Yes I am mom" Ashley replied. "Go downstairs and eat your breakfast. Then go take a bath and... just go get ready" Ashley's mother said. "Yes mom" Ashley replied. Ashley went downstairs and ate some breakfast. Then her mother gave her a news that almost got Ashley choking on her food. "Oh by the way sweetie, your friend Michael called. He said he's gong to be at the funeral today" Ashley's mother said. "He's what now?!" Ashley said shocked. So that's why he cancelled his concert. So he can come to the funeral. Oh my God the fans are going to kill me. "Mom is the number of Michael's phone there?" Ashley said nervously. "Yes" Ashley's mother replied. Ashley ran to the phone and dialed the number. At the first ring, the phone was answered. And it was Michael. "Hello?" Michael asked. "Michael, why?" Ashley said. "Why what?" Michael replied confused. "Why would you cancel your concert for my dad's funeral?" Ashley said. "Because... because" Michael said unable to answer. "Because what?" Ashley asked. "Listen can I talk to you privately? I know your mom's there in the kitchen. I'll just call you in your phone in your room" Michael said. "Sure" Ashley said. Ashley ran to her room and found her phone ringing. "Okay Michael, I'm alone now speak" Ashley said unable to control her patience anymore. "Because... because" Michael said once again unable to say the words. "Because what Michael" Ashley said. Then suddenly, Michael couldn't control his feelings any longer. He had to tell her. Otherwise Jermaine will snatch her away from him. "Because I love you Ashley" Michael said finally relieved. "You really mean that Michael?" Ashley said with tears rolling down her cheeks. "Yes sweetheart. I don't say things that I don't mean. I love you, I care for you, You're the most important thing in my whole life" Michael said passionately. "Oh Michael I love you too" Ashley replied with her heart pounding heavily. "Want me to pick you up?" Michael asked. "Sure" Ashley replied as she hung up the phone and got ready.

There have been a lot of fights going on recently that have been over the same reasons. Some people want this club, the MJ club, to be for MJ only. Fair enough. But what about when people want to share some love and blessings with other fans? People get annoyed with us for that and I don't understand why. Michael believed in sharing love with other people. hand shaking she turned the huge brass door knob. Gasping as the two doors swung open to a room that looked like a masive ballroom. Shiny black and white tiles and a huge chandelier which looked like crystal. And best of all this rom had lighting. There was a huge fire place in the corner and Jennine shivering decided to try and light it. After she brushed aside the cobwebs she found an old fashioned lighter. a pile of logs were already in the middle so she lit them and soon there was a crackling fire. the room looked cozy as Jennine looked around for where she would sleep. She thought that someone was watching her as she moved around the house. Probably just her imagination she thought. Finding a huge old bedroom with a giant brass bed with red velvet bedspread and huge heavy red velevet curtains which made the room even darker. she placed her bag at the foot of the bed. Suddenly a footstep outside the door made her shrink in fear.

She had a long drive that day.Gulping down a quick cup of very strong coffee she threw some things into an overnight bag and quickly raced to her car.Driving along the highway she shook her head. I should NEVER have agreed to this stupid bet. Her brother had bet her his new car that she wouldnt have the nerve to spend the entire night in this infamous haunted house.
