Why do so many Fans don't like Load and ReLoad?

I love these Albums!! There are awesome songs on i!

I've heard so many times that they're their worst albums :/

I think this is because these albums are very different from their previous ones. The albums before Load and ReLoad, for example The Black Album, were a lot heavier and in a different kinda style. I think that some fans just didn't like the change of Metallica's style. In my opinion they are good albums, they're just different :)

Load has several good songs on it; Outlaw Torn and Bleeding Me are two of my favorites by them.
ReLoad has Fuel and Unforgiven 2, the rest sucked.
St. Anger was terrible.

Load and Reload are more mellow than the rest of their music. Some of Metallica's followers are into really heavy and fast music, and dislike their slower songs.
