Meryl Streep Forum!! 

Objectively looking at the "Oscars" situation, it makes perfect sense that Ms. Streep doesn't win it; this time or any other future time. She has simply outgrown the calibre of prizes to be won. Being nominated for practically every role she plays makes it somewhat commonplace and raises her above any standard evaluation. Talent-wise, this woman has surpassed her peers, present and past, and makes the comparison unfair. Maybe it is time to create the "Meryl Streep Acting Award" as the most coveted acting prize.
