U'r boyfriend should be able to say that he lovs u anywhere at any time ONLY if he REALLY does lov u! if he really doesnt than he should NOT say it! You should ask him y he cant say it in front of other people. If he gives you a stupid answer that means the chances of him really loving u are low. Maybe he feels that is more special when its just between you and him? Ask him...its thats the reason then respect it...but if its because he's ashamed of you...time to move on. But first things first...ask him about it.
i dont think you shud take it 2 seriously. hes jsut probably not the type of person that likes to make their romantic feelings known. he might just be shy. give him some room. it could be worse and this really isnt a very big deal

the Good reasons: -He is just shy
-He wants your love to be private
-He wants to say that he loves you a the perfect time
The Bad reasons: -He's chicken
-He's a jerk and wants to act cool infront of his friends
-He probably wants attention
(BTW: These may be in correct but I am not sure. He could be any of these reasons or none. Just try to convince him to say it. If he doesn't tell him that you don't feel like he has the same feelings as you and if you get a stupid reply, break up with him.)
maybe your rushing your bf and he isnt 100 percent sure how he feels about u,or hes probably just is a little shy and he doesnt enjoy talking about hes feelings, it could be alot of things, but in the end i think ur gonna get the best answer from ur bf cuz if he is really does love and u love him back it shudnt b that hard

Honestly, if hes too embarassed to admit he loves you to anyone else, hes probably not that in love with you, orelse he would see through other peoples opinions.
