My best advice is not to do anything. I know it'll be tempting to say something to him, but that'll only make you seem desperate, and I'm sure that's not what you want.
Just wait and if he wants to go out with you, he'll respond - if not, time to move on!

The problem indeed is that its been already 2 weeks.
And I don't think a guy NEEDS THAT MUCH TIME TO THINK
He might like you but he is afraid of being with you,and eventually thinking you won't like him and you might loose your first impression about him.

The guy might want to ignore you,possibly because he changed his mind or he simply wants to make you loose patience and STOP liking him (if that makes sense).
My advice for you would be to try and talk to him,,(not using very cheezy--shakespeare language,Cuz it scares the guys>.<)
and tell him how long does he need to find out if he wants to date you or not, and tell him that you can't wait forever though,and add some more sentences to sustain your speech.
Then eventually if 1 more week passes,just don't wait.
Not even girls need that much time.
And if he makes you wait that much,it's purely not love!

it is ok because if boys haev a crush on you, they will always be shy even if they dont seem it. usually its takes a while for a boy to come through so dont worry.
maybe next time you see him try to get into a conversation with him and he might tell you how he feels ot why hes like that so dont worry. ull be fine!
