ok this is really complicated but PLEASE help.

so long story short.i like this guy alot and im pretty shore its love and we talk to each other alot, but he says he hates me and loves teasing me but says things like 'shed never ask me out eny way' and asks me whats wrong and he dont like it when im sad and dont lke it when im hard on myself and treat me diffrent than every one els and always gives me atenchon and everyone even my teachers and parents say to ask him out cuz they think he likes me. i want to but im scared to pick wether or not to ask on my own, can anyone help?

he even see's thro some of my lies but never tells eny one(like when i said i dont cut) and NO ONE has ever done that but him.

2. when you are alone, think of what he has said to you today and has he hugged you and would you say he likes you from that?
