I'm in LOVE with my best friend!!!!!!

I am a firm believer in learning our own lessons and making our own mistakes in life, but I will tell you something to consider (from my own life). I was bff with the same guy for 6 years in middle school/high school. Dated him for like a week and freaked out during sophomore year, thinking it would ruin our friendship, then we got together again junior year until graduation. There will always be a special place for him in my heart, but I think there was a reason we were FRIENDS for so long. Some people are meant to be our friends. He and I were so similar that eventually it got boring. And I did lose him as a friend when I broke up with him. It took 3 years into college for us to start talking again and we're slowly working on our friendship. So long story short, think long and hard about jumping into something with a friend.

You know i have the same problem and i needed help so i asked my grandmother and she told me "never confuse friendship love or love like a brother to real love true love"
