help, i like this guy, and i'm not sure if he likes me, all my friends say he does and we are pretty close but im moving far away and im not sure what to do HELP!!!!!!!!!

If you're moving away you have nothing to lose. It sounds like you're in high school (sorry if you're not and I offend you!!) and I have to say that as much as you try to maintain friendships, they fade during separations at that point in your life and throughout your life really. So tell the guy how you feel, tell him you don't expect anything, but you just wanted him to know because you'd regret it if you never said anything.
