How do you make a guy NOT like you...

I dont know if this is a question people ask a lot.... i know a lot of people want to know how to get a guy to LIKE you... but thats not my case.
So there's this guy i've been talking to for awhile, he's pretty cool, fun to talk to. But he's already professed his "love" for me... and i'm like, "Dude!! I hardly even know you!!" He's a sweet guy, and i'd kinda like to be his friend... but if he's just gonna act all weird alll the time then i'll just pass on the friendship thing.... what should i do to make him NOT like me anymore???

Well i have told him that i dont want to be anymore than friends.... but idk he just keeps like saying stuff as if we were going out... and its really annoying. :/
