Love Question

Please...please help me...

My gf broke up with me yesterday and I was so mad at her that I refused to let anyone talk to me without me trying to hit them for opening their mouth. And just today, she tried to ask me to talk to her and I told her 'no' because I'm really depressed and am too afraid to find out the real reason she left me. When she heard me say 'no; I can't do this right now', she stormed out of the room; slamming the door shut.
What do I do?
I'm too scared to talk to her, and too sad to talk to anyone else.

She being abit wishy washy to me. Anyways, if you want her back dont refuse her! dont say no! thats just going to drive her even farther away from you than before. If I were you, I'd still talk to her, but if she still doesnt want me around her as in that kind of relationship then i would leave it at that, but i would like to know the real reason. And you should too. And just know...that is not you that is the problem its her...she's the one who broke up with you. And if she doesnt like you anymore then its her problem.
but above all, try to overcome your fear and talk to her

I hope to...but she just left. I think she went home; and I'm too scared to walk that neighbourhood alone just to talk to her. :'(
