You can get a little creative with things. Since you sing, instead of going up to him, find a way for him to notice you. Pick a nice song, and sing it when he is there, and all the while make eye contact with just him. I'm sure your voice and emotion will be able to get him to notice you and speak to you after your performance.

You seem really talented haha and that means you are quite a catch to a guy and believe me girls who sing are really sexy because it's a talent that not many people have and it comes from emotion, so put your best foot forward, and sing, sing for love :)

So you have the confidence to sing on stage in a club but not to talk to people? i wish i was like that sometimes.
i would say do what this answer above says^ youre in a really good position too as a singer, and i bet the reaosn you keep seeing him there is cos he likes you too.
one of my friends is just so amazingly confident with guys, so i try to be like her.
think how relieved you'd feel if he came and confidently said hi to you first so you didnt have to, and in reality do the exact same thing for him. just go for it. pay him a compliment and get chatting. gd luck, you dont wanna miss the opportunity ;)

But not alone, remember, he's a stranger, go with one or two friends.
And if you're too shy, put your friend to ask him out :)
