Help, I used to like this guy but then I found out he's totally in love with this girl who is a jerk so I've been trying to force myself not to like him, but he's a good guy friend whom I have to see everyday

It also doesn't help that he's cute and funny, however he likes this snotty blonde girl who once left him for another guy (he's mad about her and can't see that she's a jerk) I don't want him to like me, I'm trying to convince myself not to like him but I everytime I try I fail.

That is what you should aim for, being the friend who stood by him through it all. Then maybe... just maybe, he will figure out the girl is not who he think she was and get over her. Thanks for the advice, but one thing I should have put was that he's not a good guy friend because I've stood by him with the girl thing (I tolerate her but barely more) he's a good guy friend because we share common clubs in school

Then that changes everything! LOL. Well then, shouldn't it be that you like him because he is your friend? Even though he may have stuff in commen with your doesn't mean he is kind etc. etc. etc. But you should choose for what you think is best for you and him.
