How can I tell people that I don't like him?

I have this best friend Stone, he is a year younger than me. So, this causes this little brother and big sister bond. So I love him like a little brother. But now, people think that we have a crush on each other. I have no idea what to say back, because if I said no I don't they will think I like him even more.
