Little mix- as talented as they were- needed a guiding light in the competition. Someone who put time and effort into them, someone who cared but was tough on them, someone who would help them grow. Cheryl could never do that with any of her acts. :P

Cheryl barely mentored her acts...Little Mix needed someone who understood that they were a new band and needed direction.

ALSO if Cheryl was still a judge Little Mix wouldn't even be around since it was Kelly and Tulisa who put Little Mix together ;) (I think it was those two...)

No. Cheryl would have had them on stage with heels and tiny dresses like a mini girls aloud, which just doesn't work on the X Factor, the audience don't like intimidating girls, they vote for ones they can relate to and we can all relate to trainer wearing girl who are up for a laugh. They are what they are because of Tulisa.

Tulisa was the perfect mentor for Little Mix as she makes the kind of music that they should. Even though Little Mix were amazing, they still needed guiding through the competition, and Cheryl wouldn't have done that. Tulisa was always there for them and gave them everything they needed.

Yes coz I think LM have the talent to win anything...but I dont think Cheryl would particularily help them as a group though!
