The sequel to the 1999 cult movie Lake Placid finds the inhabitants of the sleepy town that was previously terrorised by a giant crocodile battling against several more of the mutant beasts.When a man is eaten alive by an unknown creature, the local Game Warden teams up with a paleontologist from New York to find the beast. Add to the mix an eccentric philanthropist with a penchant for "Crocs", and things go awry. Suddenly the town's quiet, remote lake is the focus of an intense search for a crocodile with a taste for live animals...and humans.
