I thought after playing BBS, it would be perfectly clear whether they were the same person or not, but i see people still don't agree. I believe they're the same, but with a little different fight styles. The commands "Salvation" and "Faith" were dead ringers for Roxas' moves during his fight with Sora in KH2.
