Well its not!!Jasmine is half fillipino half mexican.
This song is REALLY old.I think it was supposed to be on his album"My World" which was released in 2009 and Justin met Jasmine in 2010....
Plus its just a song!!It doesnt have to be about someone.Just latin girls.And MAYBE he didnt write the song, maybe somebody else did.
