JASMINE VILLEGAS was snapped kissing singing sensation JUSTIN BIEBER in the back of a car in California on 9th September 2010, but reports that the pair are in a relationship may be wide of the mark. Bieber has said he isn't interested in settling down, and that he doesn't have time for a girlfriend. Speaking to MTV News, the 16-year-old said, "Right now, the best thing is that we're just teenagers having fun doing what we love. We're just staying ourselves and remaining humble."
Villegas, who starred in the video of Bieber's hit single 'Baby', is also the opening act on the teen idol's current tour, but it looks like a relationship is unlikely to materialise. Bieber said, "I mean, girlfriends are trouble at this age. Girls are fun to hang out with but, like, having that one steady girl ... we're constantly traveling and one girl's not gonna really work. You can't really have one girl".
