These codes have now spread out to almost all genres of video on youtube, from music videos to instructional videos, even random vlogs have been targetted by the attack.
While some people put up a redirect to other sites you can also find questionable images and popups now littering the whole of youtube as if someone had infested the site with a deadly virus.
To protect against these attacks you can disable commenting, or only enable comments after you have reviewed them, failing that YouTube will have this all sorted within 24 hours or less.

Justin was in Paris and London and fans came out by the hundreds to see him. He was set to perform in a mall, but because of all the people who came, they actually had to cancel the concert.
However, on Wednesday Justin did give a special concert and many of his fans showed up to enjoy it. We're so jealous!
The French and the British are lucky to get to see Justin live. On Twitter Justin talked about his experience in Europe. He said, "I have one more day in Paris and then I will return to the United States and Canada for my birthday."
