There's been a rumor going round that Justin was going to ask Sel to marry him on her birthday (Selena turns 19 on the 22 of July).

As reported beforehand on British Now magazine, Justin was said to propose to Sel on her birthday. "'It's her 19th birthday in July and he's planning to propose to her at a birthday party he's organizing for her," told a so-called insider to the magazine.

The source also claimed, "Justin's really worried about Sean and has seen saying life's too short to wait for the right moment or to not follow your heart because people think you're too young to know what you want."

Explaining that the Usher protege has been planning to marry his girlfriend soon after they had a romantic getaway in Maui, the source also said, "He's not in any rush to head down the aisle but after such a fantastic time in Maui together." The source added, "Its really cemented how he feels about Selena and is hoping she'll agree to say yes."

All of this is really romantic, but it's also NOT true. Justin's rep came out and confirmed that all of these rumors are just that: rumors. No wedding bells for the (too) young couple!

Later usher and justin timbelake wanted to sighn him! he wrote his first song called one time he had the same girl play in each music video! Justin later showed up at a radio station thing and said if the girl looks like beonce it helps! I know what your thinking. When I say 'precious' i must sound like...20 or 30. But I'm 13 and justin bieber seems like a sweetheart. Here's some reasons why meeting him would be amazing.
