how do you meet Justin Bieber if you dont have the money to get tickets?

justin bieber says for you to meet him to get him to recognize you. like just be really loud at his concerts or try and catch his eye. but how can you when alot of us americans dont have money to even afford one ticket. when people come to my house they may think im rich and all, but my mom is going through a tough time with money because of my dad. so what am i supposed to do to meet justin bieber now?
