How can I ask JLS to sing a song especially for my Grandaughter when she sees them in Manchester.

She is 7 years old and recently was attacked by a cat who sliced through the retina in her eye and she is now partially sighted she has had two operations up to now but faces more.she has been so brave and would love to hear her name called out by Aston.
