If he was real you wouldn't. Just imaging a real person with sliced cheeks, all their teeth showing. Then add on realistic burns and the blood spatters. And don't say you want to kiss him still because I know that's a lie. Sure, he's beautiful, but not to us humans. We just can't think that way.
