PREFACE
It was one of the best days of my life. I was with the one I love from my favorite book, but I wasn't imagining it he was real. And I just started to really love him, but I was for sure that we were going to die.
Chapter 1
Birthday Wish:
"Lavender! come on make a wish!,"my mom said. "Come make a wish!," yelled Monica. "OK OK," and I blew the candles out.
It was my 17th birthday and my two friends Monica and Kia was there. They got me a giant poster of Jacob Black (he's a character from the twilight saga). He's my favorite because I love him, if he was real that would be the best. That is exactly what I wished for. For Jacob Black to be real and imprints on me. But I knew that would never happen.
"Monica, Kia thanks for the poster, I love it."We knew that you would,"Kia said.

The next day in L.A. I was reading New Moon when a note flew in my book it said:
Hey Lavender,
You want to go down to the beach tomorrow? -Monica
I wrote back: Sure what beach?
And through it back to her. A few seconds later she wrote back:
La Push, (well not the real La Push because it looks like the one in the book). I looked back at her and shook my head yes, then the teacher said "Lavender do you know the answer?" "No". "Then stop talking.

Next Day
"Hey, Mom Monica wanted to know if I could go to La Push Beach tomorrow.", "Do you mean sea salt beach?" "Yeah, but I call it La Push" "Sure, as long as you're not going to some crazy party", "thanks." I went up stairs to my room and call Monica.
"Hello," she said. " Hey its me."
"What did your mom say?"
"She said OK, what time tomorrow?"
"Around 12:00", "OK, I heard that there was some cute boys that moved there."
"Will you stop that I told you I'm not trying to go out with anyone right now."
"Ok, I'm just say in," "Is Kia coming with us?" I asked.
"I think so we'll find out tomorrow.
"OK bye."
"Bye."
Chapter 2
OMFG:
When I woke up this morning something was weird. I felt like someone was watching me, but I was reading twilight before I went to sleep so that was the problem.
"Lav!", my mom yelled. "Come on and eat I'm about to go shopping with Paige."
Paige is my mom's friend.
"OK!, I'm coming!" I yelled back.
After I called Monica to tell her to pick me up I started getting dressed.
I was wear in my swimsuit top with a pair of shorts. "Honk,Honk"
I looked outside and Monica and Kia was outside. "Come on!" Kia yelled. " One sec. I have to lock the door!".
I ran to the car and were gone. When we got to the beach entrance there was a sign that said:
La Push------>
"Hey I guess they took my idea", I said.
"What idea," Kia said.
"Calling the beach La Push."
"Its been called La Push."
"Sure" I said sarcastically.
When we got to the beach their was a huge campfire and people are sitting around it talking.Monica said, "OK look I know you said your not dating, but at least flirt," "OK, I will flirt, I mean I'm not going to see these people again might as well have some fun," " Thats the spirit," said Kia. When we walked up to the campfire well almost everyone had a tan or was pale. Me and Monica fitted right in because we're black, but we look like we have tans, Kia she's pale,but she has a little of a tan.
"Hey, that guy is staring at you Lav," Kia said.
"I don't know what your talking about," I said.
"Him," she said pointing him out.
As soon as I looked at him it was like I went in a very happy place. He was huge and very muscular. His face was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen and his skin was a perfect brown tan.
"Lav, are you OK," Monica asked.
I looked away quickly so I didn't look lost.
"Yeah, I'm good what did you say?"
"I said you should come on so we can get some drinks." "I'm good,"
"Me too," Kia said, "OK, I'll be back,"
"Lav," Kia said, "Yeah," "You should go talk to him,"
"Why?"
"Because he's super cute and you can see he likes you," she said.
"I don't know, will you come with me."
"Sure"
So we walked over to the campfire casually and sat down. I looked at him again and he saw me and came over with a friend, and sat by me.
"You must be new here," he said.
"Yeah I am," I said.(This is very weird)
"My name is Jacob Black," he said.
Right then I new this was so weird. Jacob Black. My Jacob from Twilight. I really don't think this was normal. I mean how many people do you know that has the name of your favorite character from a book. My mouth was wide open, Kia hit me a little to help me out.
"Hi my names Lavender, but my friends call me Lav."
I said trying not to look in his eyes, because if I did I was going to stare, and if I stared he would be creped out and leave.
"So Lav." he said, "You come down here much?"
"Sometimes, when the weather is nice."
"Oh."
Then one of those ac ward silent moments came. So I looked up to see what he was doing, but I looked up into the most beautiful brown eyes I've ever seen in my life. I didn't even notice that Kia and his friend was gone.
"Wow," I looked away.
"Whats wrong?"
"Did anyone tell you that your eyes are beautiful," I said and then regretted it because he started laughing.
"Um, no but I'm sure people tell you that."
"Why? because I'm one of the weirdest black person because I have hazel eyes."
"Well yeah," "Its OK I get it all the time," and he laughed.
"So," I said "Do you want to go for a walk?"
"Sure," he got up first. I didn't know how tall he was.
"Come on," he said reaching his hand out. I touched it. Wow he was hot. I mean his hand was hot. When I got up I tripped over something and fell into his chest. He caught me so I wouldn't fall.
Wow he smelled so good. Like fresh pine trees. I looked up at him. He was smiling.
"You OK,"
"Yeah come I'll race you,"
"I'm going to bet you," he said.
"Um, I don't think so, I'm the fastest person in my school."
"Sure, I'll give you a head start,"
"Fine", so I started running slowly and when I got through all the people I took off. People say I'm fast because I have long legs, but their just slow. I ran all the way to the end of the beach, and stop to see if he was coming. He was there in about 15 seconds.
"You beat me, no one beats me," he said surprised.
"I guess I did,"
He laughed, So did I.
So we sat down on the beach. Just talking I thought, wow I don't even talk to Monica and Kia like this.
"So have you heard of this book called Twilight?" I asked.
"No," he said.
What are you crazy. I wanted to say but I didn't.
"Why'd you ask," he said
"Just wondering,"
The sun was setting and it was wonderful. He saw me shiver so he came closer to me and put his arm around me. I turn around to look at him and didn't know how close to each other and he was looking at me. I got caught in his eyes and started to put my arms around his neck. So, he bent down and kissed me. It start out as just a quick kiss then it went into a long kiss. His lips where so warm and soft. This had to be the best day of my life. We stayed like that for 20 minutes and when I ran out of air Jacob just moved to my neck.
"Wait," I said, "Whats wrong," "We just met each other and we're already slobbing each other down," I started laughing.
"I know," he said moving off him onto the ground. He bent over me and kissed me again. It was a quick peck on the lips, but I wanted more than I heard Kia.
"Lav, come on its almost time!"
"Oh sh*$,"
"Whats wrong," he said.
"I've got to go," I said.
When I said that he looked how I felt.
"Hey Kia get a pen or a marker!" I yelled.
"Yeah!" she yelled, "Throw it over here!" she ran over and said, "Hear, come on or Monica's going to leave us."
"Give me your hand Jacob," I said. So he did and I wrote my cell number and said,"Call me tonight," and he nodded.
So Kia and I ran to the car just in time.
"Come you guys!" Monica yelled.
When we got on the road Kia was staring at me.
"What," "You were suppose to flirt not making out," she said.
"With who," Monica asked.
" His name is Jacob Black," I said.
"Wait a sec. like the one in the book," said Kia.
"Yeah, I thought that was weird too,"
"Maybe it's just a quiescence," Monica said.
"Yeah,"

When I got back home my mom was sleeping and I needed a shower. When I got out my cell rang.
"Hello," I said.
"It's me, Jacob,"
"So, what are you doing,"
"I just got out of the shower,"
"Oh, I never ask what school you go to?"
"Carmen High," I said
"Is that near forks?"
"Um, yeah I guess,"
What was he talking about near forks?
"I miss you already," he said.
Most times when guys say that to me I freak,but when he said it, it was sweet.
