The singer-songwriter explained, "There will be no TV promotions whatsoever. There are a lot of reasons--I can't name just one. The first being that I took on a lot of projects this year. Since the beginning of this year, I acted in 'Producer' and was a part of 'Infinity Challenge.' All the while, I worked on my album. Once my album was finished, I realized something. I didn't think I was in the proper health condition to promote on TV. There is a given amount of energy to a person and besides the energy that I have left for this year's concert, I think I exhausted it all. It was such a busy year for me. I think if I overwork myself and do TV promotions, I may regret it later."

IU played bossy pop star Cindy in “The Producers,” which enjoyed a successful monthlong run after its premiere on May 15.
“Thanks so much, everybody. Thank you,” IU said Sunday on Instagram. IU also shared a selfie taken inside a car.
“The Producers,” which starred Kim Soo-hyun in the lead role, has reportedly stacked up substantial revenue from commercials, sponsorships and overseas sales.
