The MTV actress exclusively tells Billboard about her love for powerful females and YG Entertainment acts.

The 3rd Annual DramaFever Awards took place in New York on Feb. 6 to honor international television, movies and actors shown on DramaFever, the popular streaming service for global TV and film.

Kim Jong-kook (host of popular Korean variety show Running Man), Seo Kang-joon (of Korean drama Sly and Single Again), and Yuki Furukawa (of Japanese drama Mischievous Kiss 2: Love in Tokyo) were on hand to receive their awards at New York's Hudson Theater at the Millennium Broadway Hotel that also brought out Fresh Off the Boat star Hudson Yang and SBS International CEO Yunjeung Jo. Meanwhile, newcomer K-pop boy band 5urprise -- who were created with the concept of being actors-turned-singers -- performed twice for the audience.

George Hu (the NYC-raised actor who starred in Chinese TV show Prince of Lan Ling) and Arden Cho (of MTV's Teen Wolf fame) hosted the ceremony. Billboard caught up the latter host, wearing an elegant Sherry Hill gown on the red carpet, to get Cho's five favorite K-pop acts. While she at first jokingly whined that there were "soooo many," the starlet managed whittle it down to her top faves.

1. BIGBANG
"I love BIGBANG, I'm a huge BIGBANG fan. I like G-Dragon, TOP, Taeyang, all the guys."

2. 2NE1
"I'm a 2NE1 fan as well. I just love the YG Family!"

3. MFBTY (Tiger JK, Yoon Mi Rae and Bizzy)
"I know it's the hip-hop world and it's a little different, but I like them a lot. I like their new track 'Angel.'"

4. IU
"I really like IU...I just think she has the most adorable everything. Her voice is beautiful, she's talented at writing music, guitar, everything. I fell in love with her when I watched her on that drama Dream High, that's probably when I first really fell in love with her. I always thought she was cute in music videos, but once I saw her on Dream High I was like, 'This girl's not just a talented singer, she's a talented actress, she's beautiful.' Big fan."

5. Ailee
"Ailee to me is just such a talented, powerful voice. She's sexy, she's beautiful. I'm a huge fan, I like her a lot. I really hope she keeps going at it. I really like her song 'I Will Show You.' To me, she has that Beyonce vibe. We don't have a lot of those big singers in Korea, so she excites me."

We've already talked about the tragic second leads, but what about the secondary/side romances that happen between the other characters in the drama? It's always a good thing to see the hero get the girl, but it's just as satisfying to see, say, the hero or heroine's best friend happy and in love, as well. To that end, here are a few characters who found love despite not being the main characters.

Bo Na and Chan Young(Heirs)
Amid all the chaebol meanness, some of these spoiled kids rise above it. Bo Na and Chan Young were such a couple. They went to school together and grew to be in love. While...

Belting out "I like you oppa, what should I do" in her hit song, "Good Day," IU quickly rose to the top of the list as the nation's next younger sister and was adored by many uncle fans. However, as she gradually made her way into appearing on variety shows, we were shocked to see that IU was not so child-like as she seemed. For one, IU does not have a cute, high-pitched voice that we all thought she would have. Actually, it's quite deep. And her unexpected comments such as, "When girls are rushing to go out, they sometimes only wash their bangs," shows that she has a hidden tomboy, easy-going, and surprisingly mature personality behind her baby face.

The new KBS drama “Beautiful Man” will be premiering this week, and the cast and media gathered yesterday to open the doors with a press conference.

During the event, lead actress IU answered many of the media’s questions, including her different roles as a singer and actor, as well as her interaction with her “Beautiful Man” castmates.

About her leading man, Jang Geun Suk, she said, “When Jang Geun Suk is acting, I think, ‘How did he think of that?’ I was shocked after watching him reading his script and making the gestures. He developed them himself, and they were fresh.”...

With his holiday concert 'All Night Stand' fast-approaching, there is only one grave matter on Psy's mind: which female artists he will parody.

Recently, the singer uploaded a post on Twitter that read, "I'm seriously debating which female artist to parody."

Fans who saw the post responded with, "Show us 'Up & Down'! We'll go see it," "We recommend EXID's 'Up & Down,'" and, "He can dance 'Up & Down.'" Seems like a lot of people really want to see Psy pelvic thrusting on stage during the holidays! There were others who suggested that he parody IU's "Zeze" controversy, commenting,...
