Islam Question

hey guys i can't believe that i didn't know earlier that listening to music is haraam in islam....now 8i'm so used to it that i can't let it go....any suggestions on how to leave it?

plzzz i need a couple of replies....i'd be really grateful to u all!!

as much as i wanna believe u lloonny...i hav to agree with LO_shinXran_VE here cuz she is right that if smthng is clearly mentioned haraam in islam....v as muslims shud be willing to leave anything n everything for ALLAH so she is write.....sadly i need help doing that :(

actually there ways that makes it haram like if the song against Islam but if there nothing that is against Islam or harm ur iman(faith) there nothing 2 worry about.but if u still curious go find ur answer in the Qur`an al-karim because thats the only guide that u and all the muslims had i hope it might help u

thnx a lot hun but i hav heard from many ppl tht there is no mention of music in the HOLY QUR'AN...so tht's y i was curious to know so my teacher told me it is haraam in ISLAM...

soo it makes sense that its not haram , did u know some ulama` think by theyre own ways some are harus and haram they just cannot decide where the right once and no people had ever heard to the hadith about Allah say that its haram.

Entertainment is Legal in Islam..Rasulullah do it too..they're types of those you can hear/watch/do-like those dat does not oppose Islam,dat will always remind you to Allah and those that does not make you go obsessive,nuts,or addictive. for starter-reduce listening to your current playlist and instead,listen to Maher Zain*it's okay to be a fan,dont go overboard coz he's just a human and we should only worship Allah*,Al-Quran readings and attend motivation courses.. maybe that'll help,Insya-Allah.
