iPhone Question

Has anyone heard of the i phone's new app where you can talk on the phone without using your minutes?

I've heard of it, but my only question is does At&T know about it and would you still have to pay a bill to them even if your not using minutes? I'm not sure what's the deal with this new feature.

really cool then because that is what you pay 4 after all 4 your minutes (if you aren't getting it yet) so if your minutes are free you pretty much only have 2 pay 4 your phone 2 be turned on
