is it right that there will be new episodes of inuyasha ? (besides inuyasha the final act)

i heard that new episodes of inuyasha are coming but i want to be sure so then i don't get over excited

Well I don't know about new episodes, but Rumiko Takahashi did do a quick one shot manga for a charity related to the 2011 earthquake tsunami disaster in Japan. I've never heard anything about it being animated though, since it's only a single chapter. :/
