Well, let's think. They kissed twice and Sam always bashed Freddie (Freddie himself even said that girls who keep bashing a certain guy actually like that guy but they don't want to admit it), so there's a possibility. No guarantee, though. There haven't been any new episodes of iCarly recently, so there's no way to know for sure. Perhaps the new special iParty With Victorious will determine it.
