I'm an adult,not a teen. BUT I have a ??? I think the show is great & cute. BUT.. why isn't Sam considered a bully ??? Just because she's a female doesn't mean it's ok or cute.
I think she is considered a bully. If you look at some of the episodes Sam is constantly in trouble I think Sam could be considered this show's Hyde(that 70's Show) Everyone knows she's a Delinquent but her friends love her anyway.
Ok, maybe I've nnot seen every episiode & yes know she's often in detention But , how about if SAm were a male ? And hitting around on Carly & or Freddie & or who ever ??? Would it still be oh well his friends still care about him anyway ?? Each day in our schools kids arehit and hurt by words from bullys. Some male some female bullys. They are not cute & loveable anyway. Yes they are loved by their families. But their victims don't have warm fuzzy feelings about them. YakYAk

I'm not sure about the guy thing, but I think that for them it would be the same thing-when Sam dated Jonah, he beat up people and they really didn't do anything.
Plus, about the female thing-there have been bullies in the show who are females-Valerie & crazy mean girl who beat people up.
I think that the reason that people don't mind Sam is because of the fact that we have more background on her. She has a huge good side and she feels regret, whereas the other bullies we see, we see for one episode and we don't get to know the character or their backstory, so I suppose that since viewers know about Sam's history, that they don't really mind in a way because they know her personality-but to answer the question, Sam is considered a bully.
