I don't understand why some of you don't think that House is capable of a long term relationship. His relationship with Stacy lasted 5 years that is longer that some functional relationships.
The only reason he broke up with Stacy is her part in the deception regarding his leg.If there is no injury I predict they could have gotten married. They only reason he let Stacy go after she returned was that her husband Mark begged him not to take her away...

I think they would constantly be breaking up, but never for very long. So, if you look at it one way (the way I prefer to look at it), yeah it would last. :D

I think it could, but it would take a lot of work, which would be fun to watch. Real relationships are a lot of work, so why not on TV too.

I think it would go well at the beginning, but then House would start being a jerk and not realising it, and Cuddy would break it off. But I don't think it would ruin their friendship/relationship all together. I REALLY REALLY REALLLLLY HOPE THEY DO GET TOGETHER THOUGH.
