House was sitting in the cafeteria, eating a plate of fries, Wilson had just walked in and had noticed him sitting alone in the corner.
Wilson: Hey.
Sitting down, with awkward body language, House noticed that something was different.
House: What are you doing here, at nine o’clock, on a Thursday night?
Wilson: I like the hot dogs.
House: No, you like the woman that serves you them. But she left hours ago.
Wilson looked as if he was about to break, his eyes set at House’s. Neither was willing to break.
House: Why are you really here?
Wilson: I just told you.
House: A lie.
Wilson seemed to wait a moment, before relaxing back into the chair.
Wilson: Fine. I’m here to stop you from finding out about Cuddy’s date.
House: Why would I care about Cuddy going on a date?
Wilson: You did three years ago. So you don’t care?
House: I really don’t.
Wilson: Huh, well I have where she’s going, written down. In case, you know, you did care.
House seemed to hesitate, before he rolled his eyes and hit his fist on the table in frustration.
House: It’s not with you is it?
Wilson: It’s with 23410.
House: Sorry, I’m not up to date with the lonely singles club nicknames.
Wilson shook his head, and looked pissed off.
Wilson: This-
Wilson took out a folded up piece of paper from his lab coat and slid it to House across the table.
Wilson: You should tell her.
House looked up at Wilson, unable to hide his true feelings for her, he put the sheet in his pocket, and left. Wilson took House’s fried, pleased with himself.

Cuddy was sitting in a quaint bistro, waiting for her date. They had exchanged pictures, interests and hobbies. Sipping her glass of wine, she smiled to herself, happy and excited.
As she looked up at the front door, she saw him, tall with an athletic build, dark brown hair and green eyes with a slight stubble which was emphasised in the dark dim surroundings of the bistro.
Cuddy: Hi, I’m Lisa. You must be Jason.
Smiling, she shook his hand, before they both sat down. A small candle surrounded by foliage, as the centre-piece, with a clean white linen table cloth, dripping off the circular table.
Jason: Wow, you look…beautiful.
Cuddy: Oh, thank you. You look, a lot better than I expected.
A nervous laugh covered any awkwardness they felt…

House to Cuddy point of view (House's POV):
You're hopelessly lost, because today
The world seems a bit too big for you
I was pretty sure I've seen it all
Until you came, opened up my heaven
And ironically my hell
I get torn down
You're glad to get torn down with me
Well that's something I've never seen
It seems that I'm a bit wrong about the world
As of toady
Because you came and showed me wrong
You take me down, you bring me up
Well, at least you made a change
Despite the things you cannot see
Despite the world attire
And despite the truths you wish to change
You hide well, that i have to admit
But I can see right through you.
