It does annoy me, but in "The Greater Good," it made sense that he wasn't in the last sequence. The last sequence was about people moving on in their lives and getting "unstuck" (Wilson moving on, Foreteen moving foward). However, House seems to still be stuck, especially in regards to his relationship with Cuddy, so it makes sense that neither of them were in the final sequence.

I agree about TGG I suppose, but as a general rule I find it incredibly annoying when he isn't included in the closing scenes. The show's called "House" for a reason!

End of thoughts there, the show is about him and as much as I love other characters, the changing effects and the lessons learned should always affect House the most (or at least we see more of House's reaction to it)and the other characters should be shown but House should never be excluded.......
