House's head was just Season 3 quality that compared to season 4 is pretty great too!

I like both, but I absolutely LOVE House's Head.

AH! That was such a hard decision! House's Head has so much suspense, so much to question, so much action! *cough* Cuddy pole dancing *cough*

But, in the end, you can never deny Three Stories. This remains the best House episode of all time. This is what defined who House is as a person. We saw so much in so little time, and found out what made House who he is, and how he got to the point he was currently at as a human being. We saw insight into his emotions, we uncovered the mystery behind the ever so sensitive Stacy situation, and just a culmination of past and present. Its undeniable that it was the best, and can't really be beat.

Three Stories vs. Wilson's Heart on the other hand...

I like 3 stories a little bit more because we saw a bit of House`s past! And i totally agree with Housewhore4! But house`s head was a magnificent episode too! Love them both<3

Though House's Head is an amazing episode and I will never ever say anything to the contrary....Three Stories is amazing. That episode is why I watch House MD, why its my favourite show. Its flawless from start to finish and has so many memorable and thought provoking moments. This one easily is the best in the series.

That was just too hard...but Three Stories I thought was simply classic. I liked how in both episodes for most of the time you would get to look into House's thought process.

I went with three stories because, yeah, House's Head was awesome...but the classic would have been Wilson's Heart. In Three Stories we get to see a side of House's character that we hadn't before and it gave us back story.
