I don't know. The House team are not real time jumpers. They've done it twice: between S2 and S3 and between S4 and S5. But, in both cases, it only covered the time period of the summer lay-off anyway, like 2-3 months, which is actually a normal time jump in TV.

In instances, where they had a cliffhanger, like end of S3 and end of S5, the team picked up where they left off. I expect them to do that again, but we'll see.

I think its 'House'. Not only would it help deal with the Cuddy situation, but if House were to be criminally charged with something, it would allow him time to do a prison sentence. ALSO, there is talk that Olivia Wilde will not be on the show all season. It would be really interesting if when it skips ahead, 13 is significantly affected by the symptoms of Huntington's Disease...that would allow for her to have a reason to exit...it would also allow for some really interesting story-telling in the time before she exits!

Yeah....it probably is House. I personally think that even with the time jump they won't be able to cover up the Cuddy leaving thing but I'm sure they are going to try.
