There he was, sitting with his feet propped up on his desk and an unknown smile on his face. He was suddenly awoken from his thoughts about his mystery woman with a nervous cough. He was admittedly a little angry someone had broken his trail of thought, when he opened his eyes and saw his new team standing with Foreman in an awkward manner. They usually did that when House was in another world, and truth be told, House was slightly amused by their bewildered expressions. But this time, it was different. Not a word was spoken when they finally had his attention.

‘You’re...happy,’ said a bemused Taub.

‘It’s not against the law. Is it?’ House replied nonchalantly.

‘So, it’s true then. You are happy?’ Kutner checked.

‘I didn’t say that. I said that it’s legal. Now stop standing there like you’ve just been locked in the zoo and tell me why you’re here,’ as House resumed to his normal tone, the team were set in their places and also resumed as normal.

‘We have a case. A young woman, mid-thirties....’ Thirteen said in an all too professional manner.

But House. He wasn’t listening. He saw the woman of his dreams walk past the differential room, past his office, where he was now standing, and smiled at him. She smiled. At him.

‘House.’

He heard her voice.

‘House?’

Again.

‘House! Are you listening?’ He heard Thirteen shout so loud that he was once again awoken from his thoughts. Damn, he thought. Damn.

It happens every day and he has no idea whether the beautiful vision he sees walking past his office is real or not. It must be real, he thought. She smiled this time.

He didn’t want to believe that the woman with the perfect figure, cascading curls, and piercing blue eyes, walking in what can only be seen as ‘hooker heels’, as House hoped, was just his imagination. He wanted to believe that she walked past his office every day, in a purposefully seductive manner, to see him. He wanted to believe he knew why she smiled this time. He wanted to believe it was all because of last night.

Hello fellow Fanpoppers! It is me, your friendly neighbourhood House fangirl here to spread joyous Houseisms to all that can tolerate it, though today I also bless you with an article! So in school I've recently been assigned a comparison essay to write for Language class that shows the comparison between two or more like things (ie. pens/pencils, brothers/sisters) and have just recieved my final grade on it. The topic, however, is what amused my teacher (and hopefully you guys!) since I chose to write about my Fandom. House MD vs. Grey's Anatomy. Now if you aren't aware that I really do not...

Chase and Foreman backing out annoyed me. House is going to get the answer no matter what, they might as well have helped him find it faster (even though the answer was reached when Jason admitted he had been to Florida...what idiot doesn't consider Florida tropical?!).

I'm really sick of Thirteen's screentime but I did feel for her when she was basically pleading with Jason at the end of the episode.

I wanted to pop House upside the head when he gave the gun back to Jason (haha) but I understand why he did it. He's House...he was empathizing with the patient and House had to get his answer just...

Neighborhood Legend
Chapter 5: Halloween

All in all, it has been a very stressful couple of weeks for Tom Wiltzer ever since he broke into The Mad Doctor’s apartment. If all went to plan, he and Pat probably would have had a grand tale to tell to every kid on Baker St. Well, they still probably have quite the tale to tell but Tom just wasn’t as enthusiastic about it as Patrick happened to be. To Pat, it was a heroic story of escapade that put him league with his older brother, Jack. To Tom however, it was a topic he wasn’t too comfortable discussing, mainly because...
