I'm pretty sure it's the one where some guy House was at med school with is trying to flog his company's new medicine, which is basically the same as the old with 1 insignificant new ingredient which means they get a new patent and can charge more money for it again. In this scene, House, in incognito mode, is listening to the guy tout his new drug. Don't know the episode title, but it's season 3 or earlier, with the original team.
