I'm just guessing here, but i just watched half-with and they said he had neuro syphilis...funny thing is they said it once again in season 4, with kutner and everything. Maybe he really does have it and we'll find it out in season 6
No, I don't think it's a clue that he actually has neuro-syphilis or that he'll have it any time in the future. Both times he just faked to have it to get drugs and to screw with his team.

Yeah but what a coincidence that both times he used neurosyphillis to screw with his team. Idk its probably not true im just getting antsy waiting for september
Well the first time he didnt know it was neurosyphilis, he thought it was brain cancer and then his team figured it out, and he wasn't screwing with his team that time.
That could be true it could be neuro syphilis and in the previous episodes it was like boy who cried wolf. Also if the infection spread enough in his brain it could cause hallucinations, and vicodin overdose doesn't

no. House doesn't have syphillis, because both times he was faking it to get a drug implanted in his brain, and to prove his theory that niceness is a medical symptom.
no. it's possible he didn't have it back then or he thought he didn't have it while secretly having it without knowing. And it's an interesting idea seeing that it really can cause hallucinations - I don't think it's neurosyphilis, but the idea itself isn't impossible.
