I'm looking for a picture/screencap of House such as this one

but with him looking straight into the camera. or something close to it. can you guys tell me in which episode I might find a scene like that? and I don't mean epiphany scenes when he almost looks into the camera. I want something close to that body posture and/or looking into someone's eyes.
