I will only tell you the ending because alot of little things happen.
House is in Cuddy's office after she fires him and she askes him if he is ok and he is looking back at everything that happened last night but then it is changed around from what i think really happened because it is scenes where Cuddy is there but then she disappears and house takes vicodin. Also House found Cuddy's lipstick this morning and has been playing with it all day but then it changes and instead its vicodin. Also House took Cuddy's coffe cup to do test or something but then at the end relizes that there is no lipstick on it. So then House answers Cuddys question and says he is not ok. So Wilson takes House to a Rehab Center. And you see the Chase and Cameron marriage.
