Okay, first of all, i LOVE the Wilson icon. LOL.
Second, i think though House listens to both of them, it's Cuddy he adheres to the most. I mean, when it comes down to it, she's his boss and he HAS to listen to her. But on the more emotional level, i always get the feeling that when Wilson is giving him advice House always makes some huge fuss about Wilson preaching whereas when Cuddy is the one talking to him about personal matters he doesn't do that. He doesn't say what she's saying is unecessary and sometimes like in "Dying Changes Everything" when he came into her office, he even GOES to her to talk.
Although House doesn't listen to Cuddy regarding some procedural things, he does listen to her when she gives him advice. She told him to talk to Tritter in "Words and Deeds," and he did. Also, in "Dying Changes Everything," although he pretended not to be paying attention to her, he did everything she told him to.
every time Wilson tells him what to do and analyzes him he goes into a major case of denial and really doesn't listen until hes worked through every possibility himself. As my wife said, he GOES to talk to Cuddy, and generally listens to her opinions on things he doesn't know any better on without working it through until he has no other option like with Wilson.
Lol I feel ashamed for not mentioning that, it's my favorite piece of advice she ever gave him!!! I love how we can turn a Hammy ep into a Huddy one just like that lol!

and OMFG, House SO listens to Cuddy more, I means HELLO- SKY BLUE SHIRT ANYONE?
And adviced him what to talk about and he actually folowed that advice. :P
But I agree that he seems to actually search for Cuddy's advice sometimes (it doesn't keep me from voting for Wilson though :P)
