That really doesn't help the person who asked much.

When I was 13 I pretty much watched whatever I felt like. Though I wasn't allowed to watch The Exorcist or Silence of the Lambs but I did anyways. Parents can be finicky when it comes to what their children watch on TV. Unless they just don't care, mine did and they didn't. There really is no age limit when it comes to movies. Cause kids will watch whatever they want.

Most any of the older horror flicks.
Psycho
The Night of the Hunter
The Haunting (original; remake sucks)
House on Haunted Hill (ditto)
Carnival of Souls
The Innocents
The Birds
Village of the Damned
Dracula
Frankenstein
Cat People
Freaks
The Last Man on Earth
Dead of Night
and maybe Peeping Tom, depending on your parents

Those are all musts for any Horror fan, in my opinion, no matter the age. And there's minimal gore, nudity or language, which makes them good for younger audiences. They're scary without resorting to graphic stuff.

Some of these can get pretty intense for a 13 year old so take precaution when watching these movies :)

Alvin and the Chipmunks Meet Frankenstein
Alvin and the Chipmunks Meet the Wolf Man (this one is kind of intense so be careful)
Beetlejuice
The Little Vampire (again pretty intense but it's a good movie)
Halloweentown
Halloweentown 2: Kalabar's Revenge
Halloweentown High
Return to Halloweentown
Twitches
Twitches Too

Let me know if you want to know anymore :)

Check these movies out...
The Woman In Black 1
It scared the hell out of me. I suggest you to watch this movie in the light. Please don't watch this movie with the lights off.

The Woman in Black 2
Its the continuation of the first series. Just the time is different and the story too. This is pretty scary sometimes, but you can watch it with the lights turned off.

Insidious chapter 1
If you are looking for a "Child-Friendly" horror movie, then you can watch this whenever you want. I watched this movie at 11 pm, I, being a chicken, I wasn't scared.

Insidious Chapter 2
It's the continuation of the series. This explains a lot of things that happened in chapter 1. Like the first the first part, this is Child-friendly.

The Conjuring
IT IS BASED ON A REAL STORY. That is what that makes this movie interesting.
